Leadership Qualities List
b)Patience- Even though this quality has been placed second on this Leadership Qualities list, one cannot deny that this is the most important quality that every leader must possess if he is to be a great leader and be highly successful in life. Every leader needs to be very patient with their team members, the work that the team members are doing and the results achieve. When you start a job, result do not begin to show immediately. It takes some time to come. Till then, it is very important to be patient and keep your calm.
c)Decisiveness- Every leader must know how to take sensible decisions as and when needed to do so. However, the decision should be taken in the best interest of the enterprise, the team members and the team as a whole. He should also be able to stick to his decisions no matter what be the consequences.
Apart from these, there are various other qualities that are very important to be included in the Leadership Qualities List such as responsibility, honesty, integrity, empathy and many more.
Should you aren't excited about your way ahead how possibly will you excite those who are around you? Now this does not mean you need to go all cheerleader. However it does mean that you will get available with a spring in your step along with a vibe of passion, urgency, desire, energy and animation that others just can't help but be compelled by.
While you browse the pages on my small site you'll guess that I'm a real fan of Richard Leadership Qualities. He really embodies this quality of good leadership in bucket-loads. You simply realize that he's thrilled to be alive and appears to bring that feeling of thrill and curiosity into everything he is doing .... whether that's ballooning, building the Virgin Brand, using a kid in an orphanage or talking to a passenger on the plane.
I contrast Richard's out there, extroverted style and among the leaders which has most inspired me in a work situation. He was almost the complete opposite of Richard, quiet, more severe than cheerful, considered in his thinking. But did he have belief in what i was doing and that he was 'quietly' thrilled by the journey we as a team were on.
This quiet feeling of destiny and purpose that he brought in to the team inspired all of us. It simply meant that the rah-rah stuff he left to those of us within the leadership team who were higher on the extrovert scale, and that he will come quietly behind reinforcing with the team Leadership Qualities List that this was a special moment in their life and be excited through the possibilities of where i was going. And the quiet style did embed in every single one of us a feeling of meaning and joy about what we were doing!
